School Spirit Days
Every Friday is School Spirit Day at Poinciana. It's our day each week to focus attention on being proud of our school and outwardly demonstrating a positive attitude toward learning. To promote school spirit, students and staff who have Poinciana shirts are encouraged to wear them every Friday throughout the school year. May be worn on Fridays only with approved uniform bottoms.
PES Dress Code
TOPS
- Solid color polo-style shirt, logos smaller than a half dollar
BOTTOMS
- Solid Khaki, Navy Blue, or Black Pants, Skirts, or Shorts in Uniform Style.
- Solid colored tights or leggings may be worn under bottoms, but not alone.
- NO denim, nylon, or sweat-pant material.
SHOES
- Shoes must be close-toed and fit properly so students can safely
execute playground and PE activities.
APPROVED DRESS DOWN APPAREL
- All bottoms must comply with CCPS length guidelines
- Shirt/Dress straps must be at least 2” thick
- Leggings alone are not acceptable
